I am thinking of getting a half-sleeve golf outer wear but I am not sure if I really need it. Something like the below website , but it could come from any manufacturing company. I either have long sleeve or no-sleeve golf outer wear... What do you guys/girls/AC-DC think? thanks

I would not wear that voluntarily.

Living in a wet climate, I've tried many differe rain jackets. The one I use the most is a zero restriction detachable sleeve goretext jacket. My only complaint with it is the front pocket is just one big pocket and is useless for small items like tees.

The color choices on the link you provided are not any I would pick.

I own that exact jacket in white. Pretty lightweight so it's good for summer. I honestly almost never wear it though. Two things about it... It runs very large for size. It wrinkles like a MF'er, so don't stuff it in your golf bag.
I don't like wearing rain gear of any kind. I prefer an umbrella. I'll wear rain pants if it's too cold for shorts and the course is sloppy.

    Rain pants are so bourgeois.

When it rains I stay inside and enjoy a freshly caught sea bass with a glass of port. My driver, Proctor, then drives me home in the '69 Rolls. I admit I can be stuffy.
