A little hung over, but I did 3 miles on the mountain bike. I'm pumped.
    Second coffee.
I've picked up 10 yards across the board with my clubs since I've taken up riding my bike the last 4 or 5 weeks. I thought I was just getting older, just more out of shape.
    Pedal power guys.

I concur, I've been working a lot and havn't been eating, also havn't been to the gym in 3 months plus. I've lost about 25 lb's and some muscle which isn't a bad thing because I was a little big for my liking, I get lifting heavy and get sucked in... started back at the gym the other night, light chest, pull ups, tri's and bi's with some shoulders... next day was hitting the ball better and farther. I notice improvements when I ride as well, as the legs get stronger so does the swing.
