Beauties. However in this economy and the market for old golf clubs, the seller might have wanted to take the offer he declined two months ago. Who in the hell is "J.P."?

Re: Unsold For Five Months
The game is difficult enough without taking on a set like this, however aesthetically pleasing in the classic tradition, that would cause me even more frustration. I have two sets of forged blades and one of them is shaftless and will probably remain so. I have three sets of chopper paddles. Two of them are forged with graphite shafts and the set in the bag is cast with stiff steel shafts.
I would pick that set up if I saw it at a yard sale or in the local Play It Again Sports but wouldn't pay more than $100 for it.
I bought three sets of irons from Ebay in my life. MX 20's for $69, MX 25's for $95 and 2008 Cobra FP's for $160. I,m playing the Cobras after reshafting them with made for Titleist Nippon shafts.

I know I can't play those clubs... my iron set starts from 7i where I could score better
