New Permanent website is up

I have a new Perm. website up that's running the latest phpBB forum Software. I haven't had enough time to tweak everything, but the Meat and Potatoes should be there. Everyone should be able to register and post with no issues.

I had to come up with a name on the spot and "From the Rough" is the best I could do. Seeing as most of you guys are rough around the edges crusty old fucks, I think it fits.

Hopefully everyone registers, as this could be or permanent home and will have a lot less headaches and we can do a lot more with non-free software with a reliable server host.

Are you going to have a review section or something to draw traffic from the non-GR world? While I think FD and FON's sites are great, cause I didn't want to lose touch with my e-pals, we need to consolidate and add some new members.

I'm sure that software is available for a price. There are other things like Google AdSense($100) that helps bring traffic to your website through google searches but I'm not dropping cash on anything else unless I know the website it going to be utilized. That's why I haven't done anything to the website now, because only 4 other members have joined up. I'm not going to take the time to make a proper website if it's not going to be used.



I got bored and decided to spend some time on this today, so everything looks completely different that it did before. Not much point in checking it out until I have some time to change stuff up and add a different theme than the default. Doesn't even look like a gold site at the moment.

Scratch all of that. I found and error that needs fixing and I can't seem to fix it. So, I deleted the script and have to start again from scratch. *Sigh*.
