    DEFLATEGATE Empty DEFLATEGATE

The league thinks that Brady "more likely than not" had "at least some idea" about the deflated footballs. That's all they needed to suspend the starting quarterback for four games and fine the team one million dollars and forfeiture of two draft choices.

I was a Patriots fan long before they joined the National Football League, and I wish that there were another league to which they could move now.

I can tell you exactly how many football matches I watched last year--21.

I watched the Harvard-Yale game. I watched the Boston College-Southern California game. And I watched the nineteen Patriots games, regular season and playoffs.

I watched a total of ZERO out of market games. If a team from, say, Dallas is playing a team from, perhaps, Jacksonville, I don't love the game enough to give a fat fuck.

My guess is the NFL league has concrete evidence , not just "guessing" based on some facts... Punishment is on order to show "WHO IS THE BOSS" and it happens... NE would win the champion anyway, just the principle....

Anyone ever read Kurt Vonnegutt, Jr.'s "Harrison Bergeron? Probably not too many, eh? Anyhow, the NFL's aim is to maintain "parity". So here you have the absolute best franchise in pro football featuring a head coach and quarterback who have done more with less than any team in the history of the sport. So its natural that all the competitors do anything to cripple the Patriots. Cheating (or at least bending the rules) has long been a part of all
sports from auto racing to golf. Anyone who thinks that Brady is the only QB in the NFL who gets the air pressure he prefers needs to stop reading comic books and voting for every incumbent and take a hit of strong acid while walking down the nearest Martin Luther King Junior Boulevard. Am I a Patriots fan? No. My team is the Eagles and the last time they were in the Super Bowl the Patriots beat them by a field goal. Was I pissed at the Patriots? No. I admitted to myself that the Eagles got outcoached and out QB'd. All those who have been calling for Brady's and Belechick's heads can suck donkey dicks.

I'm not really sure that it is the end of the story.

Brady should never have bothered to appeal.

He should have retired, and then sued the NFL for defamation. One hundred million sounds about right. I never cared for the lucky sperm club that is the NFL executive body.  Fuck them.

So when of the supposedly best quarterbacks plays with the deflated balls he can't tell the difference? If he did and didn't say anything, he's guilty.

Well, the courts went with TB12 and now the NFL will appeal.

But the real story comes out that several influential owners weren't satisfied with the sanctions imposed on Kraft and the Pats for "spygate" seven or eight years ago and asked the commish for a makeup call, setting up the whole deflated football sting in order to do it.

Imagine investigating a subject as silly as ball psi and not ever once taking physics into consideration when probing the issue. Enough with these annoying civil cases. It's time to take Goodell and the conspiring owners to CRIMINAL court for trying to influence the outcome of gambled upon football games by imposing false sanctions on the Patriots franchise. This is the 1919 Black Sox scandal all over again, only this time, there's no cause to blame any players.

Roger Goodell, Ted Wells, Jim Ersay, Woody Johnson, Jeff Lurie, Steve Bisciotti, Paul Allen, Steve Ross, and perhaps others all belong in federal prison.

I wouldn't include Lurie in that cell block. He's a Boston buddy of Kraft's. If anything, Kraft should be fined for wearing those colored dress shirts with the white collars. Damn, I hate those things. My ex wife gave me one for Christmas back in the 80's. I wore it a couple of times and always felt like a douche bag when I looked in the mirror. I think I purposely burned a couple of cigarette (or maybe roach) holes in it so she would throw it away.

Anyway, the air pressure of footballs is total bullshit. If anything, a lower pressure ball would help those running back monkeys hold onto the balls instead of fumbling them. And the pass catching simians to hold onto their catches. Of course it would also help defenders to keep their interceptions. I say let the players inflate their own balls to whatever PSI floats their boats. Or have the Zebras run around with air pressure gauges on chains around their necks and test every ball before every play.

All this Patriots Cheat etc etc is just sour grapes because the organization run by Belechick and Brady is superior to the other 31 outfits and will be until that that twosome is broken up. I live in Ravens and Orioles land and route for the Patriots and Yankees every time and all the time. Except when the Patriots are playing the Eagles.
