Our old digs have FINALLY been upgraded

I don't want to rain on the parade of this great little forum that FD has created but it appears that our old site has finally been upgraded. Don't know when it happened as the last post is Larry from about a week ago but it looks like the site has been upgraded hopefully meaning no more spammers but lots more newbies.

I think I may have to go over there and start hybrids vs long iron thread, or maybe a blades vs GI thread just to get the ball rolling.

I have to say, the site looks much better now. I wonder what the noob situation will be like over there in a few months. We need some new marks to antagonize.

You will have to excuse my skepticism but I will believe it when I see it. I hope this isnt another false dawn, but the spammers habe been harder to get rid of than german cockroaches over there. Time will tell.

Exactly! Have any of you noticed lately that your e-mail inbox has mail from unknown people with "no message attached"? This is the new way spammers work. They get on BB's like Francis's and have their way. Just take a look at who's on line at any time. Right.....I want to have a dialogue with CYMBALTAONLINE about golf.

Can't you guys see the site has been hacked and the owner is not interested in doing anything about it? If you check out his pet site, MTBR, a hacker doesn't stand a chance of even being able to log in.

It looks to me like they linked to a forum hosting service, much like the one we use here. So, unless you find it extremely important to be able to quickly check equipment reviews I fail to see how it has any benefits over this forum.

Yes, it looks different and by the frequency of threads and posts, dead as a door nail. The only things interesting are Spank's posts with nifty new moving pictures with captions. Funny as hell. I clicked onto several of Larry's latest swing videos and he looks like he has gained a bit of weight. Especially in the area of the ass. Now the ass, if utilized properly, can provide a good bit of kick through the shot.
